Returns
- Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Email sales@luxiwears.com with your order number and reason to start a return.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
- Approved returns = refund (excluding shipping) in 5–7 business days.
- Worn or damaged items won’t be refunded.
Exchanges
- Want a different size? Return the item and order again.
