Returns

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
• Email sales@luxiwears.com with your order number and reason to start a return.
• Return shipping is on you unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

• Approved returns = refund (excluding shipping) in 5–7 business days.
• Worn or damaged items won’t be refunded.

Exchanges

• Want a different size? Return the item and order again.

Wrong/Damaged Items

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
